In the service centre the public is routed through to the reception area. A touch screen system located at the main reception enables the collation of data regarding visitor traffic and the type of enquiry they have (e.g. payment of bills, planning issues, passes, etc.). This in turn allows the Council to analyse performance measurements regarding visitors to its offices.
